Each team should have a company registered and a concept of MVP.
Teams can’t be smaller than two persons.
We believe that only teams combining relevant technical expertise, entrepreneurial skills and commercial experience can make a brilliant idea successful business.

We shall go through 4 stages – consideration, meetings, DD (due diligence) and signing.
After receiving your application, we will consider it within 10 days.
If we are happy we will propose to meet your team.
If we are satisfied with the meeting then we will sign NDA and conduct a formal DD.
If DD is passed then we will negotiate and sign shareholders agreement and after that we will make an investment.
On any stage, we have the right to change our mind and to stop the process of making decision if something goes wrong.
